Here’s a quick update on House floor action this morning on bills related to defined contribution retirement plans for state employees and teachers.
House Bill 1228 barely fails, 47-46 with one absent.
House Bill 1258 fails 38-56.
House Bill 1134 passes 92-2. This bill will now move to the Senate.
