The Smoke-Free Air for Everyone (SAFE) Coalition and Fargo Cass Public Health will have a news conference to discuss the economic impact, public opinion and business compliance study results at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the NDSU Alumni Center, 1241 N. University Dr., Fargo.
